A huge thanks for a fantastic turnout of 18 Magdale Land Volunteers on this cold and frosty morning. 

A range of tasks undertaken. 
- Bird boxes were cleaned out ready for the nesting season; 
- Clearance work on Southgate Woods preparing for tree planting; 
- Clearance along Magdale Dam ready for laying of coir matting impregnated with wetland/marginal plants; 
- More holly cleared out of the oak woodland area. We were certainly much warmer by the end!
